Wholesome:
My clients are not broken. They don’t need fixing. They are whole and complete. All they need is a little nudge to get their vehicle moving in the direction of growth and success.
Creative:
My clients have the solutions they are seeking. However, it is overpowered by the stresses and external factors around it. All they need to do is unpack these overpowering layers and get to the core to find the answer they are looking for. As a coach, I simply help you to unpack these layers.
Resourceful:
Since my clients have the answers, they have the steps and action plan ready to move from where they are to where they want to be. They know what works best for them because of trial and errors in the past. If they need external support to get a task done, they know whom to contact. They optimally use internal and external resources to accomplish their goals. I help you to identify these resources.
