Because most people don’t struggle because they lack opportunities. They struggle because they don’t fully understand themselves. And without that, every career decision feels uncertain.

That’s why I do this work.
My path hasn’t been straight.
I started in events. I loved the energy, the people, the creativity. But I left because there was no growth.
I studied philosophy, trained in life coaching, explored face reading and energy work, and worked as a career coach, business coach, and operations leader. Each role taught me something, but most left me misaligned.
I realised coaching is the first thing I’m exceptional at.
Not “good enough,” but exceptional.
It’s the one space where people naturally open up, reflect, and find direction just by being with me.
So I chose clarity over pressure, authenticity over expectations. I restarted TMTC – The Movement Towards Clarity in 2025, trusting divine timing and my own truth.
People don’t stay stuck because of lack of opportunities. They stay stuck because they keep repeating the same patterns.
Because you can be successful on paper and still feel disconnected from the career and life you’ve built.
Because a career reset is rarely just about changing jobs — it is about understanding who you are now, what matters to you, and what needs to change.
Because coaching in India deserves more depth, integrity, and trust — beyond quick fixes, motivation, and empty promises.
To help people gain clarity about what is no longer working and what they genuinely want next.
To help them make career and life choices aligned with who they truly are, not simply what looks successful from the outside.
To restore trust in coaching in India by showing that real coaching is not about giving answers or manipulating outcomes, but creating the clarity, courage, and self-trust to choose and act for yourself.
